If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a license in New York State, this scholarship is for you. Whether you want to learn more or start your own business in home and community-based care, this scholarship could be perfect for you.

How Are Recipients Chosen?
The Edna A. Lauterbach Scholarship Committee will review your application. This committee has leaders from the home care industry. In 2024, the committee members include:

- Kathy Febraio from NYS Association of Health Care Providers (HCP)
When and Where Are Recipients Recognized?
If you win the scholarship, you’ll find out in early August 2024. You’ll be honored at the HCP Annual Management Conference & Exhibition in October. At the Annual Awards Luncheon, you’ll officially receive your award.
