Each group must be accompanied by a university lecturer. Eligible applicants include foreign universities, with applications to be submitted by a university lecturer on behalf of the group.
The application deadlines :
- For trips from March 1 to May 31, 2024: Apply by November 1, 2023
- For trips from June 1 to August 31, 2024: Apply by February 1, 2024
- For trips from September 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025: Apply by May 1, 2024
